Siemens SKP Gas Valve Actuators

Siemens SKP actuators are electro-hydraulic gas valve actuators used to operate Siemens gas valve bodies in industrial combustion systems.

The selected SKP actuator defines the functional behaviour of the valve, including safety shut-off, pressure regulation, and air–gas ratio control.

SKP actuators are not standalone devices and must be used in combination with compatible Siemens gas valve bodies such as VGG, VGF, VGD, VRD and VRF valves.

About Siemens SKP Gas Valve Actuators

Siemens SKP actuators are electro-hydraulic gas valve actuators used to operate Siemens gas valve bodies in industrial combustion systems. The selected SKP actuator defines the functional behaviour of the valve, including safety shut-off, pressure regulation, and air–gas ratio control.

SKP actuators are available in four functional series:

  • SKP15 – Safety shut-off (ON/OFF)
  • SKP25 – Safety shut-off with constant pressure regulation
  • SKP55 – Safety shut-off with differential pressure air–gas ratio control
  • SKP75 – Safety shut-off with adjustable air–gas ratio control

SKP actuators are designed for use with compatible Siemens gas valve bodies and must not be used as standalone devices. Correct selection of the SKP series and model is essential to ensure safe and compliant operation.
