What is a Blast Tube?

A blast tube is a metal tube fitted on the front of the burner. It directs the flame into the combustion chamber.

Which Blast Tube Do I Need?

Blast tubes vary in design and are made from different metals depending on the flame temperature. The length and diameter of the blast tubes also vary, this is usually an option when selecting even the most basic package burner.

Some manufacturers’ blast tubes include a built-in swirl plate to help with the mixture of the fuel, whilst others supply this separately as part of the burner ‘head’ assembly.
