Überblick

Die Brennersteuerung LME76.000A2 ist ein mikroprozessorbasiertes Gerät mit passenden Systemkomponenten zur Steuerung und Überwachung von Gebläsebrennern mittlerer bis großer Leistung.

Das Kraftstoff-Luft-Verhältnis kann entweder über einen Luftklappensteller – auf mechanische oder pneumatische Verhältnisregelung wirkend – oder über pulsweitenmodulierte Ventilatoren und pneumatische Verhältnisregelung eingestellt werden. Die Flammenüberwachung wird mit Ionisationssonde und UV-Flammendetektor QRA2..., QRA4.U oder QRA10... überwacht.

Anwendungen des Brennersteuerkastens LME76.000A2

Der LME76 dient der Inbetriebnahme und Überwachung von mehrstufigen oder modulierenden Gebläsebrennern und atmosphärischen Gasbrennern im intermittierenden Betrieb.

Diese Steuerbox hat eine ausgelegte Lebensdauer* von 250.000 Brennerstartzyklen, was unter normalen Betriebsbedingungen im Heizbetrieb ca. 10 Jahre Nutzungsdauer (ab dem auf dem Typenfeld angegebenen Produktionsdatum).
